Please note: If an event has no area listed, the event is in the Gathering Room. If you wish to reserve the community center for a party, event, or meeting, follow these directions:
- Please open the Reserve the Community Center Form [pdf, 58 kb]. Fill out it online and save with another name to your desktop. Important! The radio round buttons may remain “blank” even if you click them BUT they do show up on the PDF when you save it to your desktop and open it.
- Next email this saved pdf attachment to hgmaineresidents@gmail.com.
- If you are having problems saving and sending the form as an attachment: Print, complete it then take a photo of it and email this photo to hgmaineresidents@gmail.com.
- Need Help? Email hgmaineresidents@gmail.
com for help. - Someone will get back to you in 1-2 days to approve and confirm your request or help you if asked. This resident email above is shared by three individuals who take turns monitoring it.
