If you are interested in reserving your apartment at The Enclave, please download the packet below and return the Reservation Agreement along with your $10,000 refundable deposit. Through the lottery process you will be randomly assigned your apartment selection position number. Then, you will have the opportunity to reserve your preferred apartment location and floor plan based on your lottery number.
After you have selected your apartment our Design Coordinator will assist you with choosing your finishes before finalizing the cost and moving on to sign your Purchase & Sale agreement.
If you choose not to move forward after receiving final pricing for your home, your deposit will be promptly returned to you in full.
