SUMMER 2023 SIGN PURCHASE & SALE
10% of purchase price due at Purchase & Sale signing. Interior design selections made.
SUMMER 2023 CONSTRUCTION BEGINS
30% of purchase price due for infrastructure, after eight Purchase & Sale Agreements achieved in building.
FALL 2023 - SPRING 2024 BUILDING AT SHELL
30% Progress Payment due.
SUMMER 2024 CLOSING & MOVE IN
Building complete, close and move into new home. Final 30% due at closing.
