Reserve the Community Center<\/h2>\n

If you wish to reserve the Community Center for a party, event, or meeting, follow these steps:<\/p>\n

  1. Check the calendar<\/a> to be sure the dates\/times for your event are free.<\/li>\n
  2. Click on this link: Reserve the Community Center Form<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  3. Fill out the form and click the Submit button.<\/li>\n
  4. Wait for a representative of the Calendar Committee to get back to you (usually 1-2 days) then check the calendar to be sure dates\/times are correct.<\/li>\n
  5. If you wish to make a change to the reservation, send an email to hgmaineresidents@gmail.com<\/a> and someone on the team will make that change for you.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Propose a New Class or Club<\/h2>\n

    If you wish to propose a new class or club, follow these steps:<\/p>\n

    1. Click on this link: New Class Proposal<\/a>.<\/li>\n
    2. Fill out the form and click the Submit button.<\/li>\n
    3. Wait for the sub-committee of the Operations Committee to review the proposal. We will contact you with the results.<\/li>\n
    4. If it is approved, submit a Reserve the Community Center Form<\/a> (see steps above) to be sure that your class dates and times are entered on the calendar. Email Crystal<\/a> and work with her to advertise the class to the HG community.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
